Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the purchased products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your withdrawal decision by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail), using the following coordinates (mention name, geographic address, telephone number, fax number and email address).
You can use the form of withdrawal form attached to the general conditions or available here but it is not mandatory.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, this refund will not cause any costs for you. We may defer repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or return the property to DS Automobiles Customer Service at PUBLIDISPATCH - ZI Moimont II - 1 Rue Eugene Pottier - 95670 MARLY LA VILLE, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is considered respected if you return the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the property.
You are only liable for the depreciation of products resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products.
Defective or broken product
If one of your products still under warranty is defective and you want an exchange or repair, just fill out the claim form, making sure to fill in all the fields and provide us with a copy of your invoice. Then send it to the address indicated on the claim form, accompanied by your products in their packaging. Once your request is processed, you will receive your repaired or replaced product.
Product ordered missing in stock
It is possible that a stock error occurs during the preparation of your order and that one of the products you have ordered is no longer available. In the case where our stocks do not allow us to deliver all the products registered on your purchase order, you will receive an email offering to cancel or maintain it without the product (s) concerned.
Following your return, we will proceed to an update of the order as well as a refund or sending of the parcel.
